The holidays are a special time of year for us at Operation Kindness, when we get the opportunity to bring our lovable dogs and cats to Galleria Dallas to meet friendly new faces in our community. This year was especially magical for us as we found new loving homes for 229 pets – 99 cats and 130 dogs – out of our Galleria Dallas Holiday Pet Adoption Center.
We loved being in the shopping center by Santa and SNOWDAY from Black Friday through Christmas Eve, while seeing shoppers stop in their tracks over our sweet, adoptable animals. There were special stories like our kittens, Baby Grand and Millie, who initially came into our care via our kitten nursery at our Carrollton shelter and were adopted together at Galleria Dallas as siblings by their new owners just in time for Christmas.
Being at Galleria Dallas is such a favorite time of year for us, and we’re already looking forward to next year! We hope you had a magical Holiday season as well. Thanks so much for your support!
