We’re so excited to announce we have a new visual feature added to the Operation Kindness facility. With construction fully completed to help continue our lifesaving work, we’ve now added one more spectacular detail. The incredible team of creatives at MoWax Visual offered their design services to Operation Kindness pro-bono because of their love of the animals.
MoWax Visual, a full-service visual consulting and creative agency here in Dallas, was kind enough to donate their skills to create a stunning design for our new adoption lobby in our renovated pet shelter. The installation happened Friday, May 7, and we’re excited to unveil the wonderful design to everyone who supports us here at Operation Kindness. We can’t wait for guests to come in and see the design in person (details coming next week!).
A huge proponent of what we do at Operation Kindness is partnerships, as they allow us to directly impact the lives of homeless animals. The new lobby design from MoWax is part of our desire to continue connecting with fellow animal-lovers and supporters because we consider our space a community space for humans and animals alike. Their generous time and efforts to bring this vision to life are something we are honored to receive.
“Our true passion at Mowax has always been creating the right story with our design,” said Blake Waxler of MoWax Visual. “Working with Operation Kindness allowed us to combine our passion for storytelling with our love for animals to create a positive impact in the community and for that we are truly grateful.”
And our very own Natalie Buxton, director of marketing and communications at the shelter, had a hand in working with the MoWax Visual team to design a piece that matches Operation Kindness’s goals, values and personality.
We want our guests to feel cheerful and excited when they visit us. We hope our new lobby will bring a smile to so many people’s faces. Operation Kindness isn’t just a temporary home for the dogs and cats in our care; it’s meant to serve as a bridge between animals and our community, who have supported us for 45 years. Every step of adopting an animal should be a joyful one. And with the help of MoWax, we hope we can inspire that emotion when people come in through our front doors.
After the year we’ve had, we could all use a little more kindness and some feel-good stories. We’re thrilled to be a part of so many people’s lives—whether it’s through animal adoption, donations, volunteerism, or simply being a part of our online community reading the stories of pets who’ve been given a second chance.
